Bed Height & Door Clearance
Measure ground-to-bed height, clear door width and height, and usable cargo space. Fork lift height and vehicle loading height are different measurements; check both before selecting a model.
02 / LOAD CAPACITY
Pallet Weight & Load Center
Include the pallet in the total load weight. Check the load chart for the load center and fork height you need. Taller lift configurations can have a lower permitted capacity.
03 / TRAVEL TYPE
Manual or Powered Travel
Choose semi-electric for manual movement with electric lifting, or fully electric for powered travel and lifting. Both require an operator to complete the vehicle-loading sequence.
04 / POWER SUPPLY
Battery & Destination Charger
Semi-electric models use a 12 V / 45 Ah lead-acid battery; fully electric models use a 48 V / 15 Ah lithium battery. Specify your mains voltage, frequency and plug type.
05 / WORKING SPACE
Support Legs & Level Ground
Allow space for the support legs and loading movement. Check the vehicle support edge and floor strength. These standard models require a suitable firm, level working surface.

Fork Openings & Vehicle Payload
Send pallet entry dimensions and a photo of the underside. Check fork length and outside width, and include the stacker, cargo and other equipment when reviewing the vehicle’s available payload.

Check What to provide Load & pallet Total weight including pallet; loaded length, width and height; load position; pallet entry dimensions. Vehicle bed Ground-to-bed height, loading-edge profile and usable cargo-floor length and width. Vehicle doorway Clear opening width and height; wheel-arch or other internal restrictions. Vehicle payload Available payload and floor/support-edge strength, allowing for the stacker and cargo. Loading area Firmness, levelness and space for the operator, support legs and loading movement. Charging & delivery Mains voltage, frequency and plug; quantity; destination country and port or delivery city. The 800–1600 mm options describe maximum fork lift height. They do not establish a compatible vehicle-bed height. Ask for the loading arrangement and capacity chart for your selected configuration.

What does a self-loading stacker do?
It lifts palletized goods and uses its lifting mechanism to bring the stacker into a suitable vehicle, so the equipment can travel with the delivery. Vehicle fit, the support arrangement and the operating sequence must be checked for the selected model.
What is the difference between semi-electric and fully electric?
Semi-electric models use manual travel and electric lifting. Fully electric models use powered travel and electric lifting. Fully electric does not mean a fully automatic vehicle-loading cycle; operator handling is still required.
Will it fit my truck or van?
Send the bed height, clear doorway width and height, cargo-floor dimensions and photos of the loading edge. Also provide available payload and pallet measurements. The published fork height is not a guarantee of vehicle compatibility.
How do I choose capacity and fork height?
Start with the total pallet and goods weight, then check the load center and required fork height. The 500–1500 kg figures are nominal model ratings. Capacity reduces on taller lift configurations and with a longer load center; use the chart for the exact configuration.
Which battery and charger are available?
The listed standard is 12 V / 45 Ah maintenance-free lead-acid for semi-electric models and 48 V / 15 Ah lithium for fully electric models. A 48 V / 25 Ah lead-acid alternative is available for the fully electric series. Specify destination mains supply and plug type when requesting a quote.
What is needed for a price and shipping quote?
